Pukaar and its subsidiaries (collectively, "Pukaar", "We" or "Us") recognize privacy as an important matter and have adopted this Privacy Policy to inform you of our data collection and use practices and confirm our commitment to keep your personal information secure.
This Privacy Policy explains the personal data Pukaar processes and for what purposes. It also describes what user information we collect and store through the services we provide to our users, and how we use such information.
Pukaar provides the services through properties we own or operate for the purpose as outlined under the Applications / Websites / Platform developed by us (collectively, the "Services").
In the event of a conflict between this Privacy Policy and the terms of any agreement(s), the terms of those agreement(s) will control. If any of the terms below are not defined in this Privacy Policy, they have the same definitions as in the End User License Agreement.
01 Personal Data We Collect
There are times when Pukaar may need information from you, such as your name and address and other personally identifiable information. When any of the enumerated information is needed or fetched, we will try (but are not obligated) to let you know at the time of collection how we will use the personal information.
Usually, the personal information we collect is used only by us to respond to your inquiry, or allow you to access specific information in relation to the inquiry or information posted on our websites, platforms and applications.
Occasionally, we may make the e-mail addresses of those who provide information available to other reputable organizations, individuals, or non-profit organizations whose services we think would be best to serve your interests. In these cases, you will be offered an opportunity to limit the access of your information. In case we do not receive any response from you to limit the access of your information, it shall be deemed that you consent to such distribution of your information as mentioned above.
Pukaar collects data from you, through our interactions with you and through our services. You provide some of this data directly, and we get some of it by collecting data about your interactions, use, and experiences with our applications, platforms, and website services. The data we collect depends on the context of your interactions with Pukaar and the choices you make, including your privacy settings and the features you use. We also obtain data about you from third parties.
You have choices when it comes to the Services you use and the data you share. When we ask you to provide personal data, you can decline. Many of our services require some personal data to provide you with a service functionality. If you choose not to provide data required to provide you with a feature, you cannot use that feature. Likewise, where we need to collect personal data by law or to enter into or carry out a contract with you, and if you do not provide the data, we will not be able to enter into the contract; or if this relates to an existing service you're using, we may have to suspend or cancel it. Where providing the data is optional, and you choose not to share personal data, features that use such data will not work for you.
As part of our services, two types of data and information are collected by us or shared with us:
Non-Personal Information
Non-identifying and non-identifiable information, without particular reference to the identity of the user from which such information was collected.
Personal Information
Individually identifiable information that identifies an individual, or may with reasonable effort identify an individual, either alone or in combination with other information, or may be of private or sensitive nature. We collect data that can specifically identify End Users, which they can opt out of whenever they want.
02 What We Collect
If you choose to access Pukaar services, we may collect personal information which is shared with us, including:
- GAID, IP Address, Unique ID, Google Ad ID / Android ID
- Device hardware info, carrier info, user locale
- Approximate user geography and apps on device
- Name, personal email IDs
- Contact information including contact number, residential or local address
When an End User uses Pukaar's Services, Pukaar receives data from you, collects and generates data to provide the services (including improving, securing, and updating the service), conduct our business operations, and communicate with the user. For example:
When a user engages with a Pukaar representative, we collect the user's name and contact data to support that engagement.
When a user interacts with a Pukaar support professional, we collect device and usage data or error reports to diagnose and resolve problems.
When a user accesses payable services, we collect contact and payment data to process the payment.
When Pukaar sends communications to a user, we use data to personalise the content of the communication.
03 How We Use Personal Data
Pukaar uses the data we collect to provide you with rich, interactive experiences. In particular, we use data to:
- Provide our services, which includes updating, securing, and troubleshooting, as well as providing support — including sharing data when we provide services or carry out the transactions you request.
- Improve and develop our services.
- Personalise our Services and make recommendations.
- Operate our business, which includes analysing our performance, meeting our legal obligations, developing our workforce, and doing research.
We use the information we collect for the purpose of providing our services as well as to perform analysis to improve our services and technologies. In addition, we use the information to analyze the performance of our partners, vendors, agents and representatives and to provide them with performance reports.
In carrying out these purposes, we combine data we collect from different contexts or obtain from third parties to give you a more seamless, consistent, and personalised experience, to make informed business decisions, and for other legitimate purposes.
05 How to Access and Control Your Personal Data
You can make choices about the collection and use of your data by Pukaar. You can control your personal data that Pukaar has obtained, and exercise your data protection rights, by contacting Pukaar. In some cases, your ability to access or control your personal data will be limited, as required or permitted by applicable law.
How you can access or control your personal data will also depend on which products or services you use.

Personal data associated with your account by using Pukaar services that you submit includes:
- Credentials, name and contact data
- Address and email account
- Payment data
- Device and usage data
- Your contacts
- Information about your activities
- Your interests and favourites
08 Note Regarding Data Practices
Pukaar is committed to comply with applicable legislation relating to its operation, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act ("DPDPA").
09 Security
We take industry-standard security measures that include physical, administrative, and technical safeguards that are designed to protect the personal information we collect and maintain, including but not limited to storing the data in secured locations and encryption.
Please be aware, however, that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse.
We restrict access to personal information to our employees, contractors and agents who need to know that information in order to process it for us, and who are subject to strict contractual confidentiality obligations and may be disciplined or terminated if they fail to meet these obligations.
10 Collection of Data from Children
When the applications, platforms, or websites of Pukaar collect age, and there is an age in your jurisdiction under which parental consent or authorisation is required to use the services, the services will either block users under that age or will ask them to provide consent or authorisation from a parent or guardian before they can use it. We will not knowingly ask children under that age to provide more data than is required to provide for the product and services.
Once parental consent or authorisation is granted, the child's account is treated much like any other account. The child can access services and can freely communicate and share data with other users of all ages.
Parents or guardians can change or revoke the consent choices previously made, and review, edit, or request the deletion of the personal data of the children for whom they provided consent or authorisation.
11 Withdrawal of Consent
By clicking 'I Accept' you are accepting the terms of this Privacy Policy. We will collect and use your information in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy.
In the event you wish to withdraw your consent, you are required to write to us at pukaar@teamfoundation.in. On receipt of your request, we will stop using or collecting your information. However, on withdrawal of consent, you may not be able to use the Services.
