Welcome to TEAM FOUNDATION (operating as Pukaar Animal Welfare). We appreciate your generous support and donations, which help us continue our mission of rescuing, rehabilitating, and caring for animals in need.
As a charitable organization, we adhere to strict guidelines regarding donations. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before making a contribution.
1. Cancellation Policy
One-Time Donations: Once a one-time donation is successfully processed, it cannot be cancelled, as the funds are immediately allocated toward our ongoing animal welfare projects.
Monthly Subscriptions: If you have set up a recurring monthly donation (e.g., via UPI AutoPay or Credit Card), you have the right to cancel your subscription at any time. To prevent the next scheduled deduction, you must cancel the mandate at least 3-5 business days before your next billing cycle through your bank/UPI app or by contacting us.
2. Refund Policy
As a general rule, all donations made to TEAM FOUNDATION are considered non-refundable. However, we understand that errors can happen. We will examine requests for refunds on a case-by-case basis strictly under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate Transactions: If your card or account was mistakenly charged twice for the same transaction.
- Technical Glitches: If an error occurred on the payment gateway resulting in a wrongful deduction.
- Fraudulent Use: If you can prove that your payment instrument was used fraudulently without your consent.
3. How to Request a Refund
If you meet the criteria for a refund, you must notify us within 7 days of the transaction date. Please send an email to our support team with the following details:
- Your full name and contact number.
- The date and amount of the donation.
- The transaction ID or Razorpay Payment ID.
- A brief explanation of the reason for the refund request.
Our team will review your request and, if approved, process the refund within 10-15 business days. The refunded amount will be credited back to the original method of payment.
